Insurance We Accept:
Cigna, MVP, and Excellus BCBS (including Blue Choice Option and Essential Plans).
Please note:
We do not accept Medicaid plans through Cigna or MVP.
We are unable to accept Medicare plans at this time.
If your insurance is out-of-network, we’re happy to provide a superbill so you can submit for possible reimbursement.
It is the client’s responsibility to maintain accurate and updated insurance information. Any lapse in coverage, policy changes, or loss of benefits will result in the client being billed directly for the full cost of services.
Payment
Payments, Rates, & Policies:
Our standard fee is $125 per 55-minute session.
All copays, coinsurance, and deductibles are due at the time of service.
A valid card on file is required for all clients.
We accept Visa, MasterCard, FSA, and HSA cards.
Please note: FSA/HSA cards cannot be used for cancellations or late fees.
