Join us for Whimsical Watercolor Wednesday on the porch at Halligan Creative Arts in the lovely NOTA Neighborhood. Join our guest artist, Simmi, in a class about learning to play with watercolors and techniques as we paint our surroundings. This class will begin with activities in observation and using watercolor pencils to sketch our surroundings with support form guest artist, allusive to a painting with a twist class, followed by an introduction to different types of watercolor paints and methods. All individuals will leave with a playful artwork that will reflect their class time. This guided experience will focus on both observational drawing and environmental image creation. Ages 13+ and adults are welcome!
